The main objective of Dromenjager is to increase the commercial activities and brand awareness around the brand Woezel & Pip and to stabilize it to a solid A-brand using a long term strategy.

Woezel and Pip are 2 dogs, founded and created by Guusje Nederhorst from the love for kids and animals. The adventures the two dogs go through easily relates to the way children experience things, making the stories very recognizable. Marije van Unen (Moodfactory, V&D-HMO Traineeship and Buyer childs clothing and brands & licensees, CTM & CMM) and Debbie Schouten (Joop van de Ende, management of Dutch artists Ruth Jacott, Boris, Soulvation, Kane and founder of AT Agency) are in charge of the day-to-day management of Dromenjager. The work fields media and retail, both important to market a character, join forces and are optimally used by this team.

Dromenjager BV contains 2 divisions, Dromenjager BV and Dromenjager Publishing. Also the Guusje Nederhorst Foundation was set up. This foundation functions independently from Dromenjager, but supports the characters Woezel and Pip and the range of ideas from Guusje Nederhorst. In this way the two companies are connected. Besides this, Dromenjager donates a part of each Woezel and Pip book and product to the foundation.

Dromenjager BV guards the copyrights of the creative team behind the Woezel and Pip characters (Dinand Woesthoff, Geesink Studios) and is closely involved with and/or facilitates the development of all products within the various disciplines (TV, audio/video, licensees & merchandise, theatre and internet). She checks the quality of the reproduced illustrations that are connected to or involved with Woezel and Pip. Dromenjager checks if the developed products and activities belong in the world of Woezel and Pip. They also supervise that products are marketed conform to the philosophy of Woezel and Pip.

Dromenjager Publishing is the Publisher of all Woezel and Pip books and magazines and manages and accompanies the realization of all Woezel and Pip book products. Dromenjager Publishing also publishes all book products in the rest of the world. The activities and disciplines of Dromenjager are as follows:
