Yasmin Sophie van der Velden (Maassluis, August 3, 1991) began with her first guitar lessons at the age of six. She listened a lot to music like Kane and Anouk and was inspired by rockscene from The Hague. In 2005 she started the band ‘Add-on’ with some friends. Initially she was the guitarist of this band, but when the singer left she successfully took over the singing part. In this formation the band reached the finals of the international Emergenza festival. Yasmin then went solo and formed a new band around her consisting of Gabeler Erwin (guitar), Michael Baumgarten (bass) and Roel van der Sluis (drums).
