The story of the band from Amsterdam named Valerius starts when two brothers, Jesse and Kay, decide to play guitar. Nephew Ivar plays bass, best friend Georgy plays drums, and so after a few years the band Valerius was established. The band is named after the Valeriusplein in Amsterdam.
In the beginning of 2009 the band Valerius released their first single, ‘She Doesn’t Know’ and it became an instant hit. Radio 3FM is excited about the song and again selected the band as Serious Talent. Valerius already did a tour through the Netherlands as the support act from Boris and now do what they love to do the most, making music and performing!
