Before Mr. Polska can retire in an enormous house on a mountain in Poland, he has got a list of things to do in the Netherlands. Even though a lot has been done already. TV station TMF dared him to get a 1000 retweets for his campaign to perform at the TMF Awards. He got the retweets within half an hour. And then there was his place in the final of the Grote Prijs van Nederland (the biggest band competition in the Netherlands), the State Award for Rookie Of The Year and we haven’t even named his achievements in music. Together with Jebroer he did a song on Negativs mixtape Hinderlijker. His first EP has just been released and is called De Boswachter EP. The rugged voice of Mr. Polska combines perfectly with the firm, electronic beats by Boaz v/d Beats, founder of the Nouveau Riche label. You almost hope Mr. Polska never finishes his list, because we don’t want to lose him in the Netherlands.
